Even small consumer type pressure washers can cause big damage to the home owners home. High pressure can force water behind the siding, leading to mold and water damage. High pressure can also damage painted surfaces, window screens, wood and window seals.

Bleach/Chlorine: Is a by-product of electrified salt water. It is a strong oxidizing chemical that by itself should never be used to wash your home.

Pressure Washing Contractors: When searching for a contractor to wash your property, price should not be the only consideration. After all your house is your largest investment. Questions that should be asked are:

Is your company insured? What cleaning methods do you use? What type of soaps will you be using?  Do you have a list of references? Do you guarantee your work?​
